A 30 Minute Session will give us access to deeper wisdom and healing on ANY goals. Intensive energy work can be provided within a 30 minute session, which is why I recommend at least 1 week in between follow up sessions to give your body time to rest.

A 45 Minute session allows us to go much deeper into your goals. You will receive a powerful energetic impact with intensive psychic insights to transform your perspectives and your life. With 45 Minutes of vibrational balancing, it can take several weeks to digest all the energy transformations, so I recommend at least 2 weeks in between follow-up sessions to give your body time to rest.

A 60 Minute session is highly encouraged for those ready for big life changes. I used to call a 60 Minute session a Soul Rebirth Journey due to the intensive combination of energy work and wisdom. 60 Minutes will expand your mind and powerfully impact your spiritual atmosphere, reverberating new waves of positive energy throughout every aspect of your life. This is intensive energy work, which is why I recommend at least 3 weeks in between follow-up sessions to give your body time to rest.
